Terms and Conditions for Group + Clinical Classes
Moveology New England

  1. Introductory Offers

    • Our Studio Introductory Offers are valid for 21 days and are only available to brand-new clients.

    • Each client may only purchase this offer once.

    • The introductory offer is non-refundable and non-transferable and will activate from the date of your first class booking.

  2. Class Cancellations by Moveology New England

    • Moveology New England reserves the right to cancel classes if minimum attendance numbers are not met.

    • You will be contacted via text 4 hours prior to the class start time if it needs to be cancelled, and your session will be returned to your account.

  3. Class Cancellations and Fees

    • Late Cancellations (less than 12 hours before the class start time):

      • The session will be forfeited..

    • No-Shows and Absences:

      • The session will be forfeited.

    • Cancellations need to be made using the Momence app.

    • All staff are trained to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. This is essential due to the cumulative impact. Our late cancellation policy and no show fees are in line with industry standards.

  4. Payment Requirements

    • Payment must be made prior to booking a class.

    • To book into a class, you must have either pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay for a casual session.

  5. Punctuality

    • Clients are expected to arrive before the start of class to avoid disrupting the session.

  6. Safety and Restrictions

    • Instructors and/or owners reserve the right to:

      • Restrict clients to specific class types for safety reasons.

      • Deny participation if clients do not have the correct medical clearance.

    • We understand that adverse weather conditions can impact your ability to get to your class on time and safely. Unfortunately our policy is still in place regardless of adverse weather conditions. We hope our members understand that late cancellations have a big cumulative impact on the business and a small impact on the individual, if it happens rarely.

  7. Waitlist Policy

    • If a class is full, you can sign up for the waitlist.

    • If a spot becomes available, you will receive an email or text notification.

      The cancellation policy applies to waitlisted classes:

      • The Waitlist works off a fastest fingers first. All clients on the waitlist will be alerted for the opening of the class and the first to reply gets the spot.

  8. Class Packs

    • Class Packs are valid for up to 4 months from the first class you book into when using this pass.

    • Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Extensions can be granted for medical reasons, provided a medical certificate is submitted before the expiry date.

  9. Session Use

  • Sessions are non-transferable and must only be used by the individual who booked the class.

  • If another person arrives to use a session booked under someone else's name, they will be required to create their own account and purchase their own sessions.

  1. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards can be redeemed for all services and products offered by Moveology New England. If you purchase a gift voucher through the Momence app you can send it directly to your friend via an email address and it is only to be claimed on classes and products available through Momence.

  • Gift cards are:

    • Non-redeemable for cash.

    • Non-transferable.

    • Non-refundable, including for reasons such as change of mind, injury, illness, or change of address.

  • All purchases are final and comply with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

 

Terms and Conditions for Appointment Services
Moveology New England

At Moveology New England, we strive to provide the highest quality services to our clients while maintaining a schedule that meets everyone's needs. To ensure fair and consistent practices, the following terms and conditions apply to all appointment services.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to accommodate our clients as much as possible. However, late cancellations and no-shows disrupt our schedule and impact other clients’ ability to book appointments. Therefore, the following policy applies:

  1. Notice Required

    • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid penalties.

  2. Late Cancellation Penalty

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to attend, the following will apply:

  3. Payment of Late Fees

    • Late cancellation fees must be settled before booking your next appointment. This can be paid via our online booking system, in-studio, or over the phone.

    • Cancellations can be made via:

      • Text Replying to your reminder text message

      • In Person

Arrival and Punctuality

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid disrupting other clients' bookings, but you will still be charged for the full session.

Packages and Expiry

  1. Pre-Purchased Packages

    • Sessions in packages are subject to our late cancellation policy.

    • Sessions will be deducted for late cancellations as outlined above.

  2. Package Expiry

    • All packages have an expiration date, as outlined at the time of purchase. Extensions are not offered unless under exceptional circumstances, which must be approved by management in advance.

Refunds and Transfers

  • No refunds or transfers are offered for unused sessions or missed appointments.

 

Membership Terms and Conditions

Moveology New England

By purchasing a membership at Moveology New England you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a clear understanding of our policies. Please note the term membership refers to those that are on an automatic payment schedule. A pre purchased package eg – 10 class pack is not classified as a ‘membership’.

1. Membership

  • Each membership will automatically roll over every 7 days. This will come from the account you have nominated with Momence.

  • As of January 2025 no memberships will be able to be purchased via the front desk (This does not include packs) This will all need to be done via the app

  • No unused classes will roll over.

  • Members have access to 6 weeks advanced bookings. Non members have 4 weeks.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for all membership cancellations.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to admin@moveologyne.com.au.

  • Cancellations will not be processed unless the cancellation email is received.

3. Membership freeze

  • Membership freeze can be granted with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, submitted via email to admin@moveologyne.com.au

  • Suspension requests must specify the suspension start and end dates.

  • This is perfect for while you are on holidays.

 

5. Payment Terms

  • Membership payments are automatically deducted using Stripe.

  • If payment fails due to insufficient funds:

    • You will receive an email notification requesting that funds be made available within 24 hours.

    • If a payment fails more than twice, the membership will be canceled, and access to classes will be restricted.

6. General Policies

  • All communication regarding memberships, including cancellations and suspensions, must be directed to admin@moveologyne.com.au.

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Moveology New England reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through our website.
